What's included in our Airbnb Cleaning Service?

With Oh So Tidy’s Airbnb cleaning service, you’ll receive the following benefits:

Sheet and Linen Change: We’ll refresh all sheets, towels, and linens to ensure your guests have a comfortable stay.

Standard Space Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning of a guest room, a guest bathroom, the kitchen and common areas

If you require a more thorough cleaning for your space, that’s absolutely fine. You have the option to extend your appointment in 15-minute intervals for an additional fee, allowing you to specify any additional tasks you’d like us to perform

What’s the Cost?

Our service begins with a minimum duration of 3 hours, calculated based on the one-time hourly rate applicable. This initial timeframe covers up to three hours of cleaning and preparation for your upcoming guest. If you believe your property requires additional time, you have the flexibility to adjust your quote upward through your admin dashboard. Each extra hour of work is priced according to your preferred rate, which you can find here. You can increment this additional time in 15-minute intervals.

Are Laundry Services Available?

Certainly! If your washer and dryer are available on-site, we can take care of your laundry needs. When reserving our services, please ensure you adjust the duration of your booking accordingly, as our regular 3-hour cleaning service does not encompass laundry tasks. Furthermore, during the booking process, kindly indicate in the notes that you require laundry assistance and include any pertinent information regarding your equipment.

Do we bring Supplies?

We do not automatically supply cleaning products. Our team at Oh So Tidy Cleaning Service utilizes our own high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment for all our services.

How should I Handle Towel and Linen Changes?

For efficient linen and towel changes, we suggest keeping spare sets on hand. This enables our cleaning team to quickly replace bed linens and towels with fresh ones, ensuring you maximize the two-hour timeframe for your service.

Does Oh So Tidy Cover Multiple Units during One Turnover?

If you manage several units in close proximity, please note that each turnover visit can only accommodate one space at a time. To service two units, you will need to schedule separate turnover appointments.

My area is particularly disorganized. What steps should I take?

If your space needs extra care because of its mess, there's no need to worry! You can enhance your turnover service by adding extra time at your city’s one-time hourly rate. Just modify this through your customer dashboard and provide clear instructions for any specific tasks you'd like us to address.

Please note that these policies and rates may differ according to your particular location and service provider. Always refer to the official website or contact customer support for the most precise and current information.

Tasks Not Included:

This service focuses on cleaning to make your space presentable between guests. However, it does not provide overall property management. As a result, the following tasks and requests cannot be accommodated:

Leaving the premises for any errands (including visits to key cafés, laundry facilities, or other areas outside the serviced building).

Taking inventory of items or capturing photographs of the space for any purpose.

Meeting guests for key exchanges.

Additionally, be aware that laundry cycles will be included in the estimated 3-hour service duration. If you need more laundry done, consider adding at least an extra half-hour to your requested service time.
